Industrial designers and 3D artists in Dubai, a prototyping lab, drivetrain and electronics bench-testing, and a resident engineering desk in Shenzhen. Every product is checked against 95th-percentile child mannequins at five, ten and twelve years — and passes the same six gates before it reaches a venue floor.

Themed environments
Themed worlds, designed in-house.
From licensed play cities to the drift arena — masterplanned, themed and fitted out by the same studio that builds the rides.
Adventure Bay: a full indoor park.
An indoor edutainment park masterplanned in-house — circulation, ride-on circuits, play structures and themed façades laid out before a single panel is built. Six character zones, each tuned to a different age band.
PAW Patrol Driving School.
A licensed driving-school environment designed end to end: mural-wrapped streets, marked circuits, a rules kiosk, a licence desk and a fleet of character vehicles.
Drifty: an indoor drift arena.
A neon-lit drift circuit designed as a mall anchor — banked lanes, barrier and kerb systems, pit staging, spectator rail and a branded entry with kart display. Drawn as one continuous loop with charging bays and the control desk on the inside edge.
Character cities and compact formats.
Complete worlds built around a licensed character, from 600 to 3,000 sq ft — plus themed karting, drift and character zones for festival seasons, and 6 × 6 m mini formats for hotels, clinics and small atriums.
